QUALIFICATIONS OF ARCHITECTS. Wellington. Yesterday. A judgment of considerable interest to architects was given to-day by Mr. Justice. Cluvpman. Arthur Henry Copper, of Nelson, who since 1872 has done extensive architectural work and erected numerous buildings, applied for registration as an ar.-hiteet.
