XOTIIINfr YET CONCLUDED. (Special to Daily News.) Wellington, Tuesday. The Prime Minister and the Leader of the Opposition had a further meeting today. Mr. Massey informed your correspondent late to-night that he had no statement to make regarding the "National Oovernment" proposal, but lie indicated that the discussion had not reached a conclusion, and that the outcome might not be announced for some time.
