The Frankfurter Zeltung attacked Rumania for hold'ng up war material for Germany and Turkey, and concludes with a veiled threat to Rumania. The Tages Zeitur.g dee'ares that Kumai.ia is no longer neutral. It permits transportations of in unit ions r.nd feed to Serbia, while putting obstacles in the way of supplies for Turkey. Her chance for maintaining relations with Austro-Germany will be lost if she is not carefuL ATTEMPT ON KING FERDINAND'S LIFE. Received July 14, 1.25 a.m. London, July 13. The Daily Mail's Sofia correspondent says that two men have been sentenced to death for attempting King Ferdinand's life. This is the first intimation of any attempt being made.
