Jt is estimated the Germans lost half a million in a vain endeavor to force a decisive battle. The Russians retain perfect freedom in manoeuvring. Vienna reports that the Emperor made a speech from a balcony before a great demonstration at Scha'cnbcrg ' to celebrate the occupation of Lemberg. THE CZAR AT THE FRONT. Petrograd, June 24. The Czar has gone to the front. Amsterdam, June 24. German papers state that the western quarter of Lemberg was burned. The Russians ignite'd the benzine and petro--3 leum refineries before leaving. 5 ' A German communique states that Ceneral von Linsingen lias crossed the Dneister between Halioz and Zurawuo and is engaged in a violent battle.
