DYING FROM STARVATION. HOSPITALS FULL OF SOLDIERS. CHILDREN AND OLD MEN ENLISTING. (Times and Sydney Sun Services.) Received June n, 0.30 p.m. London, June 9. The Petit Parisieri" correspondent who visited Austria states that people are dying from starvation, and that the hospitals are crowded with military. He adds that the value of the troops ; s diminishing in qualityconscquent on the enlistment of children and sexagenarians. It is greatly feared that Rouinania will join the Allies.
