Ratepayers are wondering when the borough staff intends repairing the footpaths of the town. During the recent wet weather, they were in a shocking state, and if something is not clone, and that very soon, things will be a nice old mess during the winter. The roads are also breaking up badly, and will require a lot of attention to make them passable. _ Why the remetalling was not done in the summer is something' that needs an answer from the borough authorities.
