To-day the Court was occupied with three cases of carnal knowledge of young girls. In the first ease a boy of 15 was found guilty, and sentence was deferred. In the second ease the accused pleaded guilty, and was sentenced to six months' imprisonment, while the third ease is proceeding. INVERCAPvCILL CASES. Louis Fosbender was found guilty on a charge of manslaughter and was remanded for sentence. The case arose out of a collision between a motor-car driven by prisoner and a spring cart, by which the driver of the latter died.
