GENEROSITY OF CHEMISTS. Auckland, Last Night. Towards the sum of £I7OO which it is expected will be reuired to provide equipment for the dispenary and surgical -department being given towards the hospital ship by the New Zealand Pharmacy Board, the chemists of Auckland have already subscribed liberally. Members of the board brought the matter before local chemists and the sum of £335 has been received up to date.
