THE HUNT.
TO-MORROW'S MEET. The meet of the North Taranaki Hunt it President Whcatlev's, Lepperton, tomorrow promises, given fine weather, to be the best meet of the season. President Wheatley has been most energetic in securing country to hunt over, and it reflects great credit on the Lepperton settlers when it is understood that no less than forty people have given permission to have their country hunted over, and this alones hould ensure a record attendance, and huntsmen may rest assured that the country will be weil sparred. The hunt have invited memlieia of the Wanganui-Egmont Hunt to visit them on this occasVn and arc expecting a good following from down the line. Members and intending members should bear in mind that before horses can qualify for the races all subscriptions must be paid. The committee will meet to-morrow for the purpose of electing new members.
