INVERCARGILL CASES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Invcrcargill, Last Night. The Supreme Court opened this morning before Mr. Justice Sim! D'Arey Robert McDchillo (20) and Norman Dacy Braden, for absconding from Invercargill gaol, each received six months hard labor. Eric Trickwell Poole (17), charged with stealing a postal packet, pleaded! guilty, and was ordered to pay £10;; John Donald MeQuarric and Joseph Arthur Metzger, charged with breakingand entering a warehouse and stealing seventy bottles of ale, and with receiving stolen property, pleaded not guilty, McQuarrie was found not guilty on both, charges, and Metzger was found guilty;, of receiving and remanded.
