NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. A medal match was played on the New Plymouth Club's links at Waiwakalho on (Saturday afternoon, and there were twenty-three entries. The match also counted for the Standish Cup, which at the end of the season goes to the player who has the most points gained in medals and bogey matches (a win to count 3, second 2, and third 1). Players whose handicaps are over twenty mu3t play on the twenty mark in the Standish Cup competition. The best scores returned were:— G H X W. C. Weston 82 5 77 J. Austin 103 26 77 F. S. Johns 85 5 SO H. E. Bloxam 100 23 S3 H. McClelland ..) 100 16 S-t J. Brash 110 26 K4 For the Standish Cup points were awarded .as follows: W. C. Weston 3 points. F. S. Johns 2 points. J.
