The victim in the fatal accident was Mr. William McCormick, a .stock agent in the -jmploy oF Mr. Xewton King, and a son of Mr. Patrick McCormick, of llurfoni Road. Mr. McCormk*'was-rid-ing- into New Plymculh on his motor bieyc!*iiiboiit 7 p.m. and when in Petone dully, near Talnraimaka, lie collided with u trap.
