AVITIORA CLUB. Mixed foursomes were played on the Witiora Club's links yesterday afternoon. Twelve couples competed, and the following were the best scores returned: Miss Rundlc, E. The ladies' committee of the Witiora Club have decided that throughout May, June, and July the play will be over fourteen boles only for ladies' matches. On Tuesday next the first round of a medal handicap match for the aggregate prize will be commenced, and the ladies who can only play on Thursday and Saturday afternoons "will be allowed to compete 'for the matches on those days. TARAHUA CLUB. A bogey handicap was played on the Tarahua. "Club's links yesterday afternoon, with the following result: P. Grey (hep. 8) '•* down G. Chong (7) 4 down R. Connell (18) 4 down NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. There was no match on the New Fly- j mouth Club's links at AVaiwakaiho yesterday. A bogey handicap will be played to-morrow. !
