TSING-TAO TO BE A TREATY PORT. | Peking, April 28. The Japanese Minister informed China that, alter the acceptance of the Japanese demands, Japan would consider the retrocession of Kiao-eb.au, but Tsing-tao •would be a treaty port with large Japanese settlement. The minimum that Japan is prepared to accept is practically the terms as originally submitted.
