Barclay Hector, registrar of the Uni» versity of Xew Zealand, was arrested this afternoon on a charge ot embezzling a sum of over £1001) received by him on account of the university funds from. city financial institutions. MAOHI UTitL SENTENCED. Wanganui, April 28.. M'oko Kuimoko, a Maori girl, pleaded guilty to breaking from custody and also to a charge of breaking, entering and'thel't of articles valued at £31. 0dd..
