E. Skinner, at Pukekohe, were gutted early on Tuesday morning. The building was in close proximity to the scene of two recent fires, and there are suspicions of incendiarism, which are causing much uneasiness, especially as the hose used by the brigade was found to have been cut when the alarm was given. Skinner was insured tor £2OO, and estimates his loss nt £4OO. The building, valued at £3OO, was owned by the Bradbury estate, and was insured for £IOO.
