Prior to the closing of the season a break competition was held on the Vivian Street courts, Mrs. Fitzherbprt winning in the A team and Mies Rennell in the B team. The following is the prize list for the season:— A Section Championship.—Mrs. Whetter; runner-up, Mrs. Eookes. B Section Championship.—Miss Avery; runner-up, Mrs. Quilliam. A Section Handicap Singles.—Mrs. Fitzherbert. B Section Handicap Singles.—Mrs. Bradbury. Handicap Doubles.—Mrs. Rockel and .Mrs. Billiard. A Section American Tournament.— Mrs. Mills (prize presented by Mrs. Hirst). B Section American Tournament.— Mrs. Bradbury (prize presented by Mrs. Fitzherbcrt).
