, MURDER AND SUICIDE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Sydney, April 23. 'At the inquest into the tragedy cabled on April IS, a verdict was returned that Farnell murdered the girl, who was named Leigh, not Marshall, and then committed suicide. The evidence showed they had been keeping company for a couple of months, and that though Farnell was married, he bad asked Leigh to marrv him. (The cablegram on April 18 stated that the bodies of a man and woman were found in Prince Alfred Park with bullet wounds in the head. The man was grasping a revolver, and both were dead. From their belongings, it is supposed that the man was F. Farnell and the woman Miss Marshall. There was no clue to the cause.
