petition proceedings dropped. DR. MoN'AB UNDISTURBED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hustings, Last Xlgnt. In tlie face of the decision of the Full Court, Mr. IF. M. Campbell has decided to proceed no further with the petition against the return of -Dr. McNab as member for Hawke's Bay. Wellington, Last Night. The petition by H, if. Campbell against 'the return of Dr. MeXab for the Hawke's Bay seat was mentioned to-day before the Election Court. Mr. Skcrrrtt asked that the case be adjourned until Monday morning next at Wellington. The court granted the request, fixing the hour of hearing at 10.30 a.m.
