The Dardanelles
TROOPS LANDED AT ENOS. THE BOMBARDMENT RESUMED. Berlin, April 22. A wireless message states that English and French troops landed at Enos. There was a heavy - bombardment between the Turkish batteries and the Allies' ships. Athens, April 22. The Allied fleet is- bombarding the Galipoli Peninsula, where the Turks are erecting fortifications.

A Berlin official message runs: Anglo French attacks on the Dardanelles have proved fruitless. The French troops have been transported from the Dardanelles to Egypt. Three of the Allies 1 vessels were sunk and fourteen damaged Athens reports great activity of the British forces at Lemnos. The censorship is more rigid.
