EVENTS MOVING QUICKLY. ITALY CALLING UP TROOPS. SHARP SEARCH FOR SPIES. London, April 20. lieuter states that Aimtrc-Cicnnan steamers which were taking refuge at Ancona have been ordered to Dalmatia, under the escort of an Austrian destroyer and submarine. Tire Echo de Paris states that Italy Ims called up her 1891 class of men. The Figaro says it is rumored in Rome that Italy has fixed to-dayi as the last day for Austria to give a definite answer to her demands. Paris, April 20. The Echo de Paris says that Italy is perfecting her transport arrangements towards the frontier, and many fresh units have been hurried forward. Rome, April 20. The police in Rome are keeping a sharp look-out for foreigners. Tie Rev. Mr. Lowrie and a number of other Americans were arrested on suspicion that they were German spies, but released with apologies. '
