OUTBREAK OF HOSTILITIES. MOIIMAND RAID REPULSED. Received April 22, 1.5 a.m. London, April 21. Official: Four thousand Mohmands attempted a raid on Khyber Pass, but were repulsed, losing 150. (The Mohmands are a powerful Pathan tribe in the north-west frontier province of India, to the north-west of Peshawur.)
