WAR FIRST; HOCKEY SECOND. By Telegraph.—Press Association. . Auckland, Last Night. Auckland Hockey Association decided to-night, in view of the present crisis, to plat?) 'no representative matches this year, and to discourage pleasure touring and shield hunting. Members recognised that the war must come first and sport second, but for those left behind it was decided to permit matches to go on as usual so far as club competitions art! concerned.
