ELECTION PETITIONS.
BOTH LODGED IN TIME. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, April 10. The Full Court intimated Mat they were unanimously of opinion that the election petitions in connection with the Taumarunui and Bay of Islands elections were both in time. The Court .stated that this intimation was made in order that the parties might prepare their eases for the sittings of the Election Court fend that the reasons would be given on Monday next.
