AMERICAN CAMPAIGN. ; liy Telegraph.—Press Association. ■ Wellington, April 14. At the Alliance Convention to-day Ml; IV'le, M.P., gave an address on the American plan of campaign. He said that in the States prohibition workers kept before them one aim and refused to divide their energies. An overwhelming majority of the churches were on the side utVttlie reform. In the discussidn which followed it was stated that a substantial majority, of the members of the new Parliament were in favor of the reduction of the majority required to carry prohibition, and it was expected that early in the coming session a Bill d*»li»» with the question would bo intrMHceil.
