Against the Turks.
VON DER COLTZ RETURNS. HIS MISSION DISCLOSED. YOUNG TURKS DOMINATE THE SITUATION. Received April 12, 11.2(1 p.m. Sofia, April 12. Von der Goltz is returning to Constantinople. The Young Turks sent him to Berlin to demand that three hundred thousand Germans be sent across the Danube for the purpose of crushing Servia and the intimidation of Bulgaria in order to open the road for the despatch of munitions to Constantinople. In case of refusal, the Young Turks threatened to make a separate peace with the Entente.
TAKING PRECAUTIONS. ANOTHER RISING FEARED. Received April 12, f1.15 p.m. Constantinople, April 12. Fearing an uprising of the Old Turks, Enver Bey lias removed Abdul Humid to Smyrna.
