RUMORED PEACE.WITH RUSSII. A DRAMATIC SURPRISE POSSIBLE. Rome, April 0. A Turin paper says the reports that Austria contemplates concluding paaco with Russia in order better to defend herself, against Italy are less visionary than the Vienna communiques indicate. A Vienna correspondent claims that the Austrian Government has opened pourparlers with two members of the Triple Entente and believes a dramatic surprise possible.
