PREMIERS' CONFERENCE.
CAN Mia. MASSEY ATTEND! Ry Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received April 9, 11.40 p.m. Sydney. April 0. The date of the. Premiers' conference is fixed for May sth, and is unliltely to be postponed. The reaL difficulty is the inability of Mr. Massey to get away by a certain date. Messrs Fisher and Holman are particularly desirous that he should be present. It is agreed in all quarters that the occasion will be a good one to cement' closer relations, and for this reason it is 'hoped that representation will be"'absolutely complete. Mr. Holman to-day cebled to Mr. Massey setting out these facts, Mr. Holman states that Mr. Fisher informed him that Mr. Massey had suggested a conference about May '2oth. If a conference could be arranged so as to have further representation from the Dominion it would be a good thing, but Mr. Holman's own arrangements he leared, for May would make it impossible to determine another date.
