The Cologne Gazette publishes articles entitled: "America: What will it cost?" suggesting that if nothing elsa will induce America to stop supplying munitions to the Allies the Germans might be willing to buy off American cash with a billion or two of what she is making out of the unholy traffic in German and Austrian lives.
