BIG CONCERN IX DIFFICULTIES. Received 5, 9 p.m. New York, April 4. A receiver has been appointed into tho afTairs of the International Mercantile Marine Company Organisation (J. P. Morgan), comprising British, American and Belgian steamship lines. The company has heen unable to pay interest on the collateral trust bonds since the outbreak of war diminished its earnings. The British subsidiary companies are not affected.
