A REIGN OF TERROR.
EXECUTION'S WHOLESALE
MUTINIES AMOXG CZECH SOLDIERS.

London, April 3 The Morning Post's Berne correspondent says there is a reign of terror In Austria-Hungary. Sixteen were recently executed, and 4(1, including the Countess Icniyi, imprisoned in Austria for treason. There are daily executions in Moravia, the Governor declaring his intention to strike terror into the people. In consequence of fresh mutinies among Czech troops, two regiments at Prague have been transferred elsewhere. A regiment at Brunn refused to entrain for tile front, and was decimated.
A municipal councillor and twenty municipal employees were heavily sentenced at Prague for spreading unfavorable news.
