AN AUCKLAND REGATTA.

By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The Auckland Rowing Association's annual regatta was held yesterday in good weather and on fairly smooth water. The West End crews won Ihe maiden double sculls, novice fours, and junior fours. St. fieorge's crews won the junior double sculls, maiden pairs, and open-weight maiden fours. WAitemata won the welter weight maid™ fours handicap, single sculls (D. TTad-fir-ld ser.l, and open challenge four*. Xgaruawahia Avon 'the maiden sing'w sculls (J. St. Clair). North Shore won the youths' fours, and Whangarei won the light weight maiden fours. Crews from the Otnhuhu club also competed.
