METHODIST ANNIVERSARY.
THE CELEBRATIONS CONCLUDED.
The celebration of the 75th anniversary of Methodist missionary effort in Taranaki was concluded at Whiteley Hall last night, when Mr. W. H. Skinner presided over a large gathering. Interesting addresses, comprising niainlv reminiscences of the early days and admiration of the spirit of the early missionaries, were delivered by the" Rev. P. W. Fairclough, Rev. T. G. Hammond, and Mr. W. H. Skinner. Revs. A. B. Chappell and J. W. Griffin also took part in th c proceedings.
