WELLINGTON WOOL SALE.
NEW ZEALAND RECORD. REALISED.

To-day the last sale of the season was held, when about 2100 bales wore offered. There was a good attendance of buyers, and competition was keen for everything offered.
Prices were exceptionally high for all good Hcece wool, the top price of the sale being 17% d for a line of sixteen bales of line Romney, in very light condition. This wool was sold on account of .Messrs. Condon Bros., of Ifokitika, and constitutes a recvord for New Zetland.
.Another line of Romney sold on account of Mr. R. D. Knight, Longbum, realised 17% d.
Other prices were: Crossbred super lad to Kid, cross-bred-medium I3d to lo'/od, cross-bred coarse 13d to 15y 3 d, crossbred inferior and seedy lOd to 12'/ 2 d, pieces and bellies By a d to 10'/ 3 d, lambs medium lid to 14d, lambs inferior and seedy 7d to lid.
