PROHIBITION IN SASKATCHEWAN.

Received March 19, 11.30 p.m. „ Ottawa, March 10. -I he Saskatchewan Government has decided on complete prohibition. It proposes to operate a wholesale liquor trade under tlie dispensary system until a referendum decides whether the dispensaries ought also to be abolished. The measure is intended to take effect only during the vrnr, but if the voters so ileeide, it may become permanent.
