SUDDEN* DEATH. Ry Telegraph.—Press Association. Foxton, March 13. Mrs White, aged sixty, of Invoreargill, died suddenly on Friday morning at the residence of Mr and Airs William Ross, old friends, with whom she was spending a holiday. At the inquest this morning a verdict was returned that her death was due to acute oedema of the lungs. SUICIDE AT MiNAIA. . llawera, March 13. John James Ka.van.ngb, aged forty, married, committed suicide at Manaia this morning by hanging. A BOATING FATALITI". Dtmedin, Last Night. A young man named Webber was drowned in the bay off Ravensbourne yesterday afternoon. He fell off a yacht and must have struck his head in falling, as although he was a good swfmmer he did not come to the surface. A BATHER DROWNED. Auckland, Last Night. Mr. F. J. Moore, of Moore Avenue, Parnell, met his .tcath while bathing at Waiheke v/esterday. A companion went ashore for some purpose, and, looking ! round, saw Mr. Moore's body floating in the water. Apparently,' the cause of death was heart failure.
