The tliinl Kahanamokii carnival wn< held in the Calliope Dock yesterday afternoon, in glorious weather. About 3000 were present. Duke Kalianamoku finished third in the 100 yds Handk'ap in 50 2-asec, lint was unplaced in the 50yds race. Jlliis time was taken aii.i given as 22 :i.ssce a world's record, (ieorge Cunha, who is travelling with Kahanamokii, was unplaced in the 100 yds race, but won the 50yds Handicap' in 23sec.
