The Industrial Court granted an ap- , plication on behalf of a number of >■ theatre proprietors cancelling the registration of the Musicians' Union of Australia. Amongst the pounds of the application it was urged that the Association had instigated members to strike; that it had passed a resolution against accepting the rates fixed by the Wages Board; and consistently broken all its industrial agreements.
