REBELLION CAUSES DELAY. BOTITA HOPES TO PRESS FORWARD. Received 28, 5.30 p.m. Capetown, February 27. Premier Botha, when reviewing the troops at LiuleriU, deplored that the rebellion necessitated delay in the advance, but said that he hoped they would soon he reinforced and press forward.
