AUSTRO-HUNGARIAN ATROCITIES. x RIVAL THE MIDDLE AGES. Received 28, 5.30 p.m. London, February 27. Th Servian Legation says that the Austro-Hungarian atrocities in Servia rival anything that the imagination ean conceive. They recall the tortures of tho Middle Ages, many being unfit for publication. All girls over ten years of- age wore violated in the presence of their mothers.
