CORRESPONDENCE.

BELGIUM RELIEF FUND. To the Editor. Sir, —Your appeal in this morning's' paper for regular, steady help for starving Belgium must awaken an instant rt spouse from everyone who in the least understands what we owe to the Belgians' utter self-sacrifice, and what that sacrifice has been. Let us, in our turn, make some sacrifice for them, and, for God's sake —I say it reverently—without wanting amusement in return. Regular l monthly .subscriptions should at once be forthcoming, which you, I am sure Sir, would receive. I enclose mine as a beginning and only wish it were more. —I am, etc., FOR BELGIUM. Fitzroy, February 23
