THE PRESIDENT'S ADDRESS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. ■FcUding, February 23. The Druids' Conference is sitting here. The delegates last night were officially welcomed by the Mayor (Mr. A. _M. ' fjlev). The conference is presided aver by the Grand President, Mr. Alf. Thompson. Last night was mostly devoted to the president's address, and the discussion thereon, and the. balancesheet.
