THE GLAMOR OF CHEESE.
OAKURA DECIDES ON A CHANGE. At a largely attended meeting of suppliers of the Oakum, Dairy Co. last night, Mr V.\ Honeyileld, chairman of directors presiding, it was decided to manufacture cheese instead of butter next season, with a factory at Timaru. The directors are al3o to enquire rs to the prospects of success and the cost of a branch station at or near Oakum.
