A SUSPECTED MURDERER. By Telegraph—Per Press Association. Feilding, February 20. A man, named Charles Harvey, was arrested liere yesterday on suspicion of being concerned in the murder of the Chinese fruiterer, Wong Ching, in Adelaide road, Wellington, in September last. Accused was formally charged with murder at the Magistrate's Court, and remanded to Wellington.
