DIRECTORS' MF.ETLNO. The monthly meeting of the, directors of the above company was held on Monday, when there were present: Messrs. .Tones (chairman), Bowler, Clongh, Egurr. McMahon, Stachurski 'and Williams. Messrs. Bowler, Egarr, the manager and secretary were appointed a com-j mitten to wait on the Borough Council' re electric power. On the motion of Mr. McMahon. it was resolved that an order hook be kept, at the store, in which all orders and prices be entered; and the directors appointed for the particular days initial all goods ordered during their presence, and the book lie laid before the directors on meeting days. That the following directors attend at the store on the following dates:— Messrs. Howler and McMahon on 221111 inst.-. .Messrs. Stachurski and Jones on Ist March: Messrs. Williams and Jones on 13th arvh; and Messrs. Clough and Jones on Sth March. It was resolved that lid. per lb. be paid out for January Imtter-fat. That Id. per lb. he paid out as a bonus on August milk when accounts are adjusted. That ii sub-committee, consisting of Messrs. Jones, Bowler and Stachurski lie appointed to go into the questions of indents and explosives. Accounts amounting to £(!019 its 9d. of which .-E.lfllO i!s was for milk, .CIS" 7s 9d wages, £OS Iss 2d hoxe*, C 43 2s .'M freezing, and .CIO 18s 8d electricity, ' were, passed for payment, and the Board adjourned.—"Record.
