A Berlin telegram states that a meeting of Socialists decided not to support .neaee until Germany is victorious on at least one front. Government circles recently inquired whether the Social Democratic, party favored peace. The leaders replied that Ihe workers had been the chief losers in the war, and they woyld rather start a revolution than not receive compensation for their sacrifices. "TO WARSAW." A BIG VICTORY LONG OVERDUE. THE KAISER AT CUXHAVEN. Times and Sydnev Sun Services. London. February 15. Amsterdam" reports that the Kaiser is anxious that Warsaw should be taken before the next meeting of the Reichstag, so as to induce the House to vote the new loan unopposed. Amsterdam, February 15. The Kaiser will arrive at Cuxhaven on ■the 18th.
