After quitting Buenos Ayres a youngster was found stowed away. He explained that this was his only chance to accompany the expedition. He wai attached to the cook's staff. Powerful wireless receivers, presented by Argentina. would be erected at the winter quarters, capable of receiving signals from the Falkland Islands. The dogs are in excellent condition.
