AWFUL DEVASTATION. CHRISTIANS MASSACRED. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Received 7, 5.5 pm. London, February 7. A Novoe Vremya correspondent reports that the Russians in the Alashert valley, after the Sary Kamish battle, found an awful devastation had taken place. The Kurds had massacred almost the entire Christian population whose bodies were everywhere.
