DUNEDIN BY-ELECTION.
, ABSENT VOTERS' FACILITIES, By Telegraph,—Per Press Association , Dunedin, Last Night. In Connection with the Dunedin Central election on Wednesday next, the following information respecting absent voters' permits are circulated for the information of those concerned:—"On election day the electors of Dunedin Central who happen to be absent, and Mave absent voters' permits, can vote at any pt>st office in the Dominion on the presentation of their permits to the postmasters, postmistresses, or ' .other person for the ,time being exercising the functions of postmaster, who will supply the necessary ballot-paper, and post the vote in a sealed envelopo to the Registrar of Electors, Dunedin Central. Holders of permits arc reminded that the election takes place on Wednesday, February-3rd, and that they can vote on that day only, and be- ' tween the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 pan. The candidates are C. E. Statham and J. W. Munro\"
