Cotton, of the Corps of New Zealand Engineers, is gazetted aide-de-camp and orderly officer to the Acting-'Administra-tor at Samoa, vice Captain T. R. Eastwood and Lieutenant W. H. D. Bell. Lieutenant Norman E. Lee, of the New Zealand Field Artillery, has been appointed to the Field Artillery Brigade, N.Z. Expeditionary Force (2nd rein- ' forcements), in place of Lieutenant F. i S. Robinson.
